Submissions for the 21st MHL Teen Poetry Contest have now closed. Patrons will be notified of the results of the contest after April 30th. The poetry reception will be held Monday, May 12th at 7:00 pm at Memorial Hall Library, 2 North Main Street, Andover, MA 01810.

  • Submissions opened on Monday, March 3 at 9:00 am and closed on Monday, April 14 at 9:00 pm.
    
    
  • Students are welcome to submit up to 3 original poems for consideration
    
    
  • Students do not have to live in Andover or attend Andover Public Schools to participate, but winners must be able to come into Memorial Hall Library to claim their prizes.
    
    
  • Poems in other languages are welcome but we ask that students provide their own English translation.
